Terrible Service
Placed an order half a year ago. Did not ship until now (and not even the full order). Notified me it had shipped a day after as if to avoid me canceling the order that I had forgotten about at this point. Asked them how to stop shipment, said I had to ship it back on my own and would not cover return label. When I asked if I would get a restocking fee they said no, but then charged me a restocking fee of $8 anyways. All in all, a terrible experience and sadly not uncommon as this almost happened to me a year ago, and clearly other reviewers are referencing similar experiences. Rightstuff needs to get with the times and prevent everything I just outlined from ever happening. Feels like a site designed to scam Weebs who just want manga that they can't find elsewhere.
