have waited 1 1/2 hrs to 3 hours to have someone answer the phone recently at the company that sold me my wheelchair It was broken I was trapped I needed help! Unlike that company, Assist diabetics answered right away!! Erin sounded like she loved her job ; she listened carefully, knew exactly what to do and communicated clearly and distinctly I’m not a racist but having a native English speaker on the phone and not struggling to decipher ESL was refreshing Please have Erin cloned and sent out a clone to every business I have to contact in the future
