I spent over $100 on 3 Christmas sweaters and the tracking process was horrible! They make you use whatsapp with bots who don't give you detailed information. Then a third party delivery system that you can't even get through when there are complications. I never received my package and when I contacted nerdywave customer support, they blew me of saying it was delivered. I was home all day and nothing was there. I'm out $100 and was really excited to get those sweaters. Not to mention, "delivery time" was 17 days. DONT ORDER FROM HERE ITS A SCAM!!
