Despite my initial disappointment, thanks to the support team, the outcome is very satisfying.
Everything looks great, but somehow the "jersey" shirts aren't real jersey shirts. They really ought to mention the Asian sizing. When I ordered three "jersey" shirts in 3XL, they were barely an XL at best. After about four weeks of emailing support—and having to pay for shipping again because the shop doesn't accept returns—I finally managed to get them to send me 5XL versions. In the end, though, they were the exact same size as the others and simply didn't fit (I could barely pull them over my head, let alone anything else). That was the last straw for me; I was completely fed up and had absolutely no desire to deal with them anymore. EDIT: After support reached out to me again and we agreed that I would receive my items once more—free of charge and in a larger size (and after they updated their size chart)—I am now wearing the jersey shirt I wanted, in the correct size. I’m happy to recommend the site after all.
