As I approach my mid 40s, I heard about NMN reversing the aging process and decided to try this supplement. I have been taking the 250mg without the cellulose capsule for 1 month now and am mainly feeling a huge increase of energy. I seem to sleep better after I started to take this supplement. I had a positive mood as well. I had colds and flu a few days ago, surprisingly the overall experience was not so tough compared to my past experiences.
