A tremendous amount of work & forethought
There was obviously a tremendous amount of work as well as planning that went to the platform. I'm a developer and, honestly, I don't know that I could have pulled this off. Looking at the source code that is available, the developer(s) have allowed for easy customization but also future design and function implementation. I should also mention the extensive safeguards that are in place with regard to security... very comprehensive.
