Overall good experience
Overall, a good experience. Activation was nearly seamless. Service, support and signal strength are all ok. Looks like a good value if it keeps up. A few exceptions: >Instruction sheet in starter kit was sparse and hard to follow in spots. Language could be more precise. >Porting out existing numbers from Verizon created problems, possibly because 2 lines were being ported. Eventually sorted out by support rep in chat.
