VPOST packed someone else's item into my box and my item is now missing
Wished I had read all the negative reviews before using VPOST. Had a parcel shipped from Japan, when I opened the box which had my name on it, I found that the item inside wasn't mine and belonged to another VPOST user. Hence the error is likely to have occurred as far back as in the warehouse in Japan. Unable to get through the chatbot and have sent 2 emails since Sunday but no reply. VPOST ID: SG-2068-7324
