Honest opinion for e-Rewards
I use honesty for my reviews. I started e-Rewards many years ago, and wished I could say what year, but I can't even remember. When I first started, it was kind of fun, and I had more patience. It was also a different company in way of rewards. The rewards were better....if a person did not qualify, you were given a small pittance-twenty-five cents was put into your account which was not much, but it was more than what one is given now which is a big fat goose egg if you don't qualify for that particular survey. I slowly lost interest and started spending down my rewards money in my account which at the time was pretty good for a very small time gig of earning money. You sure the heck won't make a living if anyone has plans for it. In fact, you don't make much at all. Lets fast forward several years. The rewards changed-if one does not qualify for a survey - you are not awarded ANYTHING-and that survey may very well take time in answering before you are suddenly told you are not a good fit for that particular survey and to go find another. This happens to me frequently, and I got tired of wasting my time for a measly Nothing. I try to keep my account active to give me time to spend my account down until I can leave....sorry e-Rewards, but that is the truth. It just doesn't pay enough to make me want to stay, and I don't need the money. Now, the Good part of e-Rewards is the customer service. If you have any type of problem and need to reach out to them for assistance, they are very prompt to help. I tried taking surveys the other day, just to keep my account alive, and one took me forever then just suddenly dumped me. I was annoyed, and sent a message. They responded in less than twelve hours and credited me. I did several other surveys and was told I was not a good match....was awarded nothing for my time- I finally found one that I could do, and worked for over fifteen minutes, and suddenly I had an error on the page. I thought, here we go again-reached out to customer service and again, they responded quickly and rewarded me for the survey. Keep in mind, the rewards are in points- not money. Years ago, the surveys were in a money system. You could pick a survey by the money you would earn for taking it. Now, it is points. You are awarded points and when you get enough points, you can spend the points on various things. To me- it is tedious, and I don't think it is worth it, but that is the way of survey companies. But, e-Rewards is an honest survey website if you like this sort of thing. Customer service is quick, very courteous, and will help in whatever way they can.
