Wasted 3 months on them
I wasted 3 months on the approval process, waiting for bug fixes and unresponsive support (one of my tickets hasn't been addressed in more than a month despite my multiple email and phone requests for a simple update). After those 3 months, after contacting one of the sales representatives I learned that Rapyd won't be able to unlock Indian payment methods for my business registered in Poland. They could have said this to me at the very beginning as I communicated from the start that India is the most important market for me. Furthermore, Rapyd's Woocommerce integration is so poorly made, that it's pretty much unusable from the end client's perspective. I sincerely regret my decision of signing up with Rapyd and not pursuing solutions of their competitors during those 3 months. My business would have been in a much better place now.
