Sickening. Absolutely disgusted by this bank. Constant poor user experience. When I first opened my account after waiting for hours at the branch, the website had a bug and wouldnt save my email, meaning I wasted all that time. Next, their website wouldn't increase my spending limit despite trying multiple times. The app showed confirmation but it didn't go through. The phone support personnel hung up on me twice. On the third time, I was told transferring to the card department to increase my spending limit would take 22 mins... You made me look like a fool. Had to beg others to pay on my behalf. Words cannot express how much I hate this bank!
