Never buy from this company
Company supposedly shipped my order to the wrong address. They claim I filled in the wrong address. I did not fill in the wrong address. I put in the right address and their system changed the street name, presumably because it didn't recognize my street. I would not enter street name "2800" when my street is "3275". It is not possible for me to make that mistake. They refused to refund or replace the product because it was "my" mistake. I will be pursuing satisfaction through my credit card company. They are a terrible, horrible company. Their technology for handling orders is sub par, and their customer service is atrocious. Also, I drove to the address where they supposedly delivered the package. They never received it. I had several emails back and forth with their after-sale team, and they refused to refund or to re-ship the product. Regardless of what their reply to my review says, their customer service outright refused any action, and blamed me, saying I input the wrong address (which I would have no reason to do!).
