Late delivery and very poor customer service
Issue with Circular Now so far. 1. No reply after more than 1 working day. 2. Did not deliver the item as per the stipulated time frame (5 to 10 working days). 3. Apology is not sincere. 4. No service recovery for the negative experiences. The whole experience is, wait and wait. Not happy don't use our service, we can refund you. We don't need your money.
