Extremely poor customer service - DO NOT BUY
I ordered a walking pad. Around thirty minutes after ordering, I attempted to cancel. I contacted the provided contact addresses multiple times but was ignored until after the product shipped, at which point I was told there was nothing they could do because the product had been sent. This is after attempting several other contact methods located on their website, none of which worked when I tried them. When I asked to return the item, I was instructed to "discover the joy of exercise" instead. When I pushed back and requested a return, after several months, I was told they would provide me with a prepaid return label to send it back. They never provided this label and have stopped responding to my emails entirely -- and they were already taking a week to respond prior to this. I would not and could not ever recommend this company to anyone; the customer service experience is extremely poor. UPDATE 23-04-2026: As requested, I have provided the details asked for and am waiting for further contact.
