I shouldn't buy smart band Xiomi mi 7 pro
I bought smart band Xiomi mi 7 pro. The menu is in Chinese which i can't understand. I tried to use a Google online translation to find out what was offered in the screen. The band interface showed only QR code, the latest version of Mi Fitness didn't recognise the band at all. No resetting helped me. Sent the band for refund. The staff from Giztop wasn't mind and helpful and they answered me after 5 days and 7 emails till i wrote to their chat at gizmo.com. I wouldn't recommend to buy the Chinese version of any electronic device from gizmo.com. Get it from your local dealer to make sure you have help with any issues and save the shipping costs. Giztop took 1/3 of my spent money and refunded only $60 (i paid $90). The initial shipping cost was $12 and I paid another $20 out of my pocket to send the faulty item back! It took 21 days for the Giztop staff to open the divered box to find 1 band and 1 cable to be able to refund the rest of my money - big job, hard yakka! I would never buy anything from this scum company. Use your local shop to buy a new phone! Stay away from this junk!
