My delivery was directed back by Shein to their warehouse on the morning of the planned delivery. I registered the problem on Paypal. Shein wrote me back on Paypal that I have to "close the case first if I would like to be refunded". They implied that I had secretly received the parcel and thus wrote that they will refund me "just because I am a loyal customer". According to them, I "can open the case again on Paypal whenever I want". I am like... excuse me??? I cannot register the case again on Paypal according to Paypal. I think this is a fraud website that leads to disaster. Maybe you can take my lesson here and avoid it.
