- YES- 14APR26. I initiated an onward tix w Top Onward Ticket (TOT). - NO- 14APR. Iinitally was not satisfied with TOT lateness of delivery. Process took ~14hrs and cost me 1 full day visa processing. TOTs website promised immediate turn around, but if they are closed & off working office hours, TOT may take up to 2-8hrs to procure. The Cambodia E-visa process requires 3-5 days processing time and so i lost 1 office day, leaving me to assume risk in potentially getting turned around at the airport & forfeiting a tix. Foolishly i waited 14hrs too long past 8hrs & I went w another firm called Best Onward Ticket. Their safisfactory product was delivered to me in less than 5 minutes. - YES- 15APR. TOT promptly email communicated with me to acknowledge & appologize due to a rare human error and work overload. TOT claims this is not the standard service they provide. In 2025, I have at least once used their services successfully. TOT also made things right with a $12 refund (3-10days processing) and credited me another redo. TOT seems very professional & serious with their product service. TOT claims to conduct an internal review to better protocols, & prevent future mishaps. - 5-STARS. So im giving them 5stars. Because through TOT actions-- client focused, responsive, fair and refining services.
