0 stars Both this company and another company used by Cainiao claim to have delivered a small envelope upstairs (with a photo) whey they could have put it in the mailbox. Of course both envelopes disappeared. How long was the envelope even there after the alleged delivery? Why come upstairs to provide a photo when they could have put the envelope in the mailbox? Where is my item?
