Great customer service experience
I was very disappointed initially when, after more than 4 hrs after landing and transiting in HK and then arriving in Taiwan, my e-Sim couldn't connect. Then came Carl... he was very patient and, via whatsapp, helped & guided me... re-instal my Jetpac e-sim... and then... voila! It's connected... it works... I have connection! Thanks Carl! 🙏
