Excellent Customer Service and Return Assistance
For a company specializing in skateboard wheels, they put esk8 company customer service support to shame. The representative that I worked with was excellent and extremely patient, carrying my case beyond the warranty periods. The return process was also very quick and easy with refund beginning the instance the product arrived at their warehouse! Their representative also attempt to help me fix an issue that wasn't even about their product, and that says a lot! Kudos iCloudwheel!
