Impossible to cancel subscription. Moved my money without my consent. Requiring me to link a bank account and provide government ID to cancel a subscription is wild and likely illegal. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Much improved service and reliability Have been a Compass customer for awhile and at one point was frustrated enough that I switched to one of their competitors as my main provider for miners and hosting, but I have noticed continuous improvement from their support, sales and finance teams over time and they have been winning back my business. Colby has been great as a main point of contact - responsive, helpful and flexible.
