"Merchant is on Truelinks scam watch list"
I've been with this company for almost a year now and I can't say that they're great. Throughout the time I've been with them, I've had payments on my card blocked because of frequent merchants get on their scam watch list. I went to pay for my phone bill from AT&T and low and behold, i can't pay it because they're on truelinks scam watch list for some reason. It's not the only time this has happened. It even happens when i buy things from Amazon, Ebay, Esty, ect. I beg your pardon but how am I supposed to pay for stuff if Truelink is constantly flagging my purchases? You would think that a big company like At&T wouldn't get flagged as "suspicious" for scams but here we are. Now I have to take money out of my card, and go buy a physical phone refill card. I really despise Truelink as a whole. Don't waste your time with this company if you hate the idea of not being able to pay bills with your card.
