I found you guys on a Google search and was very happy with your pricing compared to other companies I have dealt with since 2016 and I try for the incentive of 10% off first purchase and free shipping now i didn't get the 10% off and that's why the 4 stars everything else was great I have called customer service and was told I will get the 10% refund and I am waiting going forward you guys are my favorite.
