Shipping for try-on dresses
Dresses well made. Unfortunately, it seems to take a while for a try-on dress to get to people. So order in advance. Shipping labels were included to send dress back. But when I dropped two orders off to send back, I discovered that one label was for UPS and the other was for the post office. IPS took the post office shipment. But I couldn’t get a receipt acknowledging that they received it from the UPS store. I want those to prove I dropped the dress off and if it’s lost, they need to check with the shipper. I don’t understand why they would be using two shippers?
