Reminds you why Amazon is still king online
Placed the order on the 22nd, on the 25th when I didn't have any shipping updates I emailed support asking when it would ship. On the 26th I got a "ship notification," but it was just that the shipping label had been created - "USPS Awaiting item." Didn't actually get dropped off with USPS until the 28th. Never got a response back from support. I don't mind something taking 2-5 days to ship but waiting six days for them to PUT IT IN THE MAIL really burns me up.
