Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. They don’t accept returns, I bought clothes on sale , the clothes were big. Told me since I bought them on sale worth £60 I can’t return or get exchange. It’s crazy, I recently bought clothes on sale from other companies and was able to return free of charge. Here is their response: Thank you for reaching out. We’ve checked and confirmed that the items you purchased are final sale items, which means they are not eligible for return or exchange. For more details, you can refer to our policy . Since the items are already offered at budget-friendly prices, if you no longer need them, you’re welcome to gift them to friends or family members. If you’d prefer different sizes or styles, you can consider purchasing other items during the final sale period. We hope for your kind understanding regarding this matter. If you have any further questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re happy to help. Thank you again for supporting CRZ YOGA. Best regards, Customer Service Team Assigned agent: Coco
