It was a good session but missed 2 points
It was a good session. I would like to highlight 1 drawback. 1. Duration was too long and it leads to loose focus in between 2. Managers need to be included in this session because sometimes conflict happens between SM and managers in the companies. This leads to priorities change in between due to something urgent coming from Manager and you as SM are not aware . and team starts to complain due to ad-hoc task.
