THEY ARE SCAM! RUN AWAY!!!
I'm sure this people giving 5 stars are themselves or their staff. First they stop me from sending money out, and eventually locked my account, they told me to send my account for reversal after 6 weeks, now its more than 2 weeks they didn't get back to me. I had reported them to ombudsman and other authorities... I will advise you to run away, but if you're ok they take your money, then fine because Ouitrust are nothing but scammers in disguise.
