Beware of scammy Traveloka
Beware of scammy Traveloka. This platform purposely increases prices during the promo window that’s supposed to reward customers. Once you book at a higher price than usual, a few hours later, after the promo period ends, the price returns to normal. You can try to submit the “Best Price Guarantee” claim, but they’ll simply reject it for weak reasons, such as the URL not meeting their terms and conditions or being “invalid.” Even after you email them and provide detailed comparisons, they’ll gladly ignore or complicate the process until you give up.
