SCAM ALERT 🚨🚨. I spoke to upright law about handling a bankruptcy. I did not agree for them to automatically take moneys out of my account. I cancelled due to a hardship and my Sister having brain cancer! They didn’t even work on my case and I didn’t even speak with an attorney about my case!! I even asked on their portal with no response and left the Attorney several Voicemails and Emails with no response. They’re taking advantage of Americans poor people and this needs to stop! They debited $1050 out of my account and I went on their portal trying to get advice and they said I canceled and mail me a refund for Bill.com for only $359.00. They prey on the poor! I will be contacting Kentucky’s Attorney General, Illinois’s Attorney General, American Disability Act, ADA.gov because I am disabled and as well as the BBB. They knew I was disabled going in!
