This is a scam
This is a scam, I did buy this software which did nothing, I was then questioned about what is wrong with it, I might need a different programme to fix the problem, more money of course. I requested a full refund with in the 14 day period, I was emailed this: Requested refund for order #255390855 from made on 2025-05-24. 2Checkout is processing refunds as the authorized reseller of EaseUS. We regret to inform you that your refund request sent to 2Checkout the company operating easeus was not approved. For further details regarding this issue, please refer directly to easeus Please note that refunds are approved by 2Checkout according to the General terms (License agreement) stipulated on the purchasing website and agreed by you on the date of the order. Best regards, 2Checkout I made a chargeback to my bank which I received in about 10 days. The company is now Verifone not 2checkout With regards to the reply, I did check real reviews, which other people had done the liaison with your call centre, only to be sold another software to do the job the first one didn't, which is a scam, if I remember one guy had spent nearly $300 on your scam, then you refused him a refund, blaming him for not using your useless software properly. The software I had bought described what I wanted. It did not do that, youare now saying I got the wrong tool, I rest my case. Refunds are mandatory within 14 days, you can not change rule of law to suit yourselves.
