Parcel supposed to be at a pickup point but no pickup point address
I had requested a delivery at home. I didn't receive any email for the tracking. I see on Amazon that the parcel has been delivered at the pickup point but I have no information about that pickup point as I have never choosen any pickup point. The phone number of 4px you can find on Google is unavailable. Nobody answer to the email I have sent.
