RIPOFF
RIPOFF, had me pay 1700 yuan(240euro) for shipping out my 6.7kg package. Package contents were worth 320 euro total. In the meanwhile they claimed they "lost" ~70 euro of items. So i essentially payed 240 euro to ship out 250 euro of items! Customer support is non existent, they told me its my fault they lost my items, and that these things "can happen" because they were stored for too long, even though i paid for every storage fee and everything they still wouldnt reimburse me. It got worse when i contacted Bob the manager via wechat who just plainly blamed me directly in chinese, at least thats what i could gather from the translation. You'd expect essentially renting the storage for your items would have your items stored in their warehouse hassle free since it also has a hefty fee. Their customer support and care is non existent. The way i see it, they lost my items(money) while they were in their possession and paid for storage+the whole value of the items, and deny to reimburse me, id call that stealing Not recommended, DEFINETELY AVOID these money snatchers!
