Charged after cancellation and account deletion
I used this service once and paid for a subscription. Shortly after, I cancelled the subscription and deleted my account. More than a month later, I started seeing multiple declined attempts to charge my card from this merchant, which I did not expect. Today, a charge of $9.90 was successfully taken for “1200 credits”, even though I no longer have an account and had previously cancelled my subscription. This is an unauthorised charge. I have contacted support and requested a refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will proceed with a chargeback via my bank. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service. Update: After I contacted support, my refund request was initially denied based on their policy. Only after I left this review did they publicly offer to “resolve the issue” and prevent a chargeback. This inconsistency is concerning and does not inspire confidence. I would be cautious when dealing with this company.
