Worst dropshipping company ever. Send in a sourcing request for close to a month and the agents are too lazy that they cannot create a simple listing. Numerous chats with live agents and over 10 tickets submitted but NO HELP IS GIVEN. Worst company ever!
Acc Manager Mandy slacking quite recently. Not getting the help needed especially in lost parcels and orders processing for more than 10 days. Basically just reverting wtv the team replies with barely any help.
Michell Luo - Ridiculously rude CS agent! Went on live chat to inquire on a refund request and agent replied "I don't care", "show me proof we send incorrect item", "go ahead and report me".... worst cs experience ever! Would advise new users to think twice! Their customer service agents love to argue and fight on chats
Rebecca Lin - worst customer service agent ever. CJ really need to up their standard in cs quality. Unhelpful agents and rude!
Cj has no stock but still sells, leaving the order in processing status for ages. And after weeks of chasing, finally a reply saying product is out of stock. And another round of waiting for cj team to find a new supplier. Everytime i go on chat support, the other agents doesnt know anything and ask me to wait and wait and wait endlessly. Responsible? zero.
