AMAZING 🤩
Absolutely love my figurine. They sent me the original 3D model to approve and it wasn’t right, there were many emails back and forth to get it perfect and their patience with my constant minor requests for alterations and their commitment to getting it right was admirable. If you are prepared to work with them and not expect perfection on the first attempt then you will not be disappointed. They don’t know your pet, you do, so be sure to tell them exactly what you want and they will deliver. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.
