When I had a problem ordering on-line, they were helpful. They noted that I had ordered previously- (but probably didn't realize that there were a number of orders I had made from a town I lived in previously for 40 years) Yes, these are that good- every dog that I have (or rehome dogs) have one of these tags. Great tags, great customer service.
