Brand new dress with oily stain on it
I ordered a wedding dress and it came with an oily stain on it. The customer service answered me with explaining me how to clean it. They are not even able to refund the delivery fees or anything. For a website that sells dresses for 100e minimum, I find it scandalous. If you want a good advice : never order on this scam website. Update : after this review and after tagging them on an instagram post about my experience, they emailed me the day after with a promess to refund 30% of the price I paid. I'm happy about that but it's a pity that I had to do all of that to get a discount.
