Refused refund when product key couldn't be recovered
Needed to recover a product key for MS Office. Trial version only report 4 characters and was advised to buy the full version to see the entire key. I purchased the subscription only to find out they couldn't retrieve more than the 4 characters, which did no good. Asked for a refund and was told I didn't supply enough detail to warrant a refund - they asked for a screenshot of software that was no longer installed because the software couldn't retrieve the product key. Trap to avoid refunding in spite of their advertising Addendum: after posting unfavorable reviews, I FINALLY received my refund. A posted policy should not be this hard to follow. Hope others have better experiences.
