Very bad warranty and customer response, eventually received a refund
As mentioned by other reviewers, the customer service and warranty of this company is beyond bad. No response at all, while my product broke down within a year (order GUI150036200). Please stay away and spend some more money to get decent aftersales. EDIT: where do I send the video and explanation to? Because via your own customer service I've already tried and I get no response. Kind of strange that you seem to have time to respond to complaints on Trustpilot, but not on warranty requests on your own website. 25-10 EDIT: after a lot of mails and messages I finally received my refund today. Pleas Gshopper fix your customer response time and thanks for the refund.
