I had an issue where my order didn't arrive due to what appears to have been a Royal Mail delivery problem. Although it wasn't ZOE's fault, their customer service was excellent throughout. They responded quickly, kept me updated with clear communication, and arranged a replacement without any hassle. It's always reassuring when a company takes ownership of helping to resolve an issue, even when the problem sits with the delivery provider. A great customer service experience from start to finish.
