Waiting for order since 13.08.2022 without any information.
I placed an order GVH140034442 13.08.2022, which i mistakeously canceled. Then i created a new order the same day just 5 minutes later with no. GVH140034446. I paid 229 € via credit card, which have been succesfully transfered. Up to 22.08.2022 I did not get a single message from the seller regarding the status of my order or shipment information. On day 22.08.2022 i recieved a message „Sorry to keep you waiting.your order is being processed, please wait patiently.“. The only message displaying in the order is „Pending Shipping“. I tried contacting our local forum which posted coupons on day 17.08.2022 if they can help me with my problem. They told me that seller was having a barrage of orders and were tight on time so they did not have the capacity to export my order. I might have made a mistake of creating that particular order with phone number but i was assured that i would get notifications through SMS messages, but there was no word except for me to wait until 22.08.2022.
