Awesome set, excellent service
I ordered a kit in my case directly from the factory shop and the service was nothing short of excellent. The kit ordered 2 or 3 years ago still serves me well and makes riding on a hilly landscape and often against strong head winds in my area like a breeze. Front wheel motor was easy enough to fit for a amateur like myself and the batteries still hold well even after many months of cycling daily to work 10km away and back. I admit I did have an issue or two after some time and during installation, but I could fix them fast thanks to the help from service, which was positively surprising for me from a company half a world away. Such a good service is the most valuable thing a quality brand can have and it really shows the initiative to continuously improve. I absolutely recommend LVBU sets!
