So far it's been a nightmare, I think they are scams. Even after they have issued "a ticket", my confirmation number does now show on Delta. Called Delta, they said, there is something wrong with the booking and to call them, I called them and they just lie over the phone. They said they fixed it but it's still not showing on Delta.com. I have called and emailed and still no help.
