Awful experience - Data breach and inaccuracies
Awful experience. My vase was marked as shipped weeks before Christmas, but I was later contacted to say they had made an inventory error and it was no longer available despite the fact it should already be on the way. When contacting me regarding the issue, the business shared my email with other customers - a serious data protection breach. They did not seem to have any process to stop this happening in future or offer any apology. When trying to follow up on the issues above, it took days to get a response, none of which was helpful. I cancelled my order in the end due to the disgusting service.
