Company stands by their word👏
I bought a toy product because of the happiness guarantee. My 🐈⬛ had stopped playing with all but strings and was scared of first toy. Karen, a company representative and I were in contact 3x, and today a new free toy arrived,a motorized whirling birdie. When I stopped playing with it, the cat jumped up and poked me then went to the table herself to try to retrieve it. 😻
