Good prices
It's a good company always with good prices and special offers. They offer variable payment terms which is a huge plus. Quick booking confirmation process and also it's very easy to cancel if needed. The only thing that happend in my last trip was that I had paid price with taxes and fees included, however in the hotel reception required me to pay another 50 eur for city tax. This info was a bit surprise and in my opinion I should have been informed of it on agoda's webpage before I confirmed the booking. All the rest is perfect.
