Horrible Customer Service
Joined the server to find an agent where I could ship a 22kg package, I asked the dedicated helpers there for help and they're extremely disrespectful and they had no intension off even helping me, all they talked about was "cheap cheap cheap", it was as if i was in a server full of bots, I then decided to call the agent a "tiktok agent" (which they are) which therefore led to a 7 DAY MUTE and ultimately a ban for just 1 offence. It is as if oopbuy wants us buyers to perceive it as being an efficient and top notch agent but their behavior under the facade is truly atrocious. I do not recommend buying off this agent, you will encounter problems and the support team will do nothing to help you out, the server is full of greedy people that just want you to use their spreadsheets. Horrible experience.
