I am astounded that this site gets the rating that it does. I joined EWA and attempted to cancel my subscription. Paddle handles the account and when I contacted them they told me I had to contact EWA. Long story short after numerous emails including what I thought was an unnecessary request for a copy of my invoice, ewa cancels my account. But, Paddle charges me for two more subscriptions. I contact Paadle they repeat I need to contact ewa. I contact EWA and they instruct me to go to the website to cancel. My response is that the website states I have no subscription. I contact Ewa again they ask me if I went to the website. I respond and I have not heard from them since July 13. Typical company that has poor customer service, I think intentionally, and makes it difficult to contact and unsubscribe. I think their conduct is criminal.
