The communications is really worst.. 3 working days and no answers at all. I have sent few questions, but did not received an answers, also read last 3 reviews with bad experience with the vacum cleaner and I have decided to cancel my order until order is on "pending to sent status". Now I'am waiting for the refund of money and starting scaring to loose the money.... No more operations on this shop...
